Legal and organizational bases of human rights restrictions in the Russian Federation

The study of issues related to the possibility and permissibility of restricting human and civil rights and freedoms is currently one of the conditions for improving the effectiveness of regulating public relations in the context of building a partnership model of interaction between society and the state. The authors, analyzing the structure of human rights restrictions, justify the need to focus attention on such elements as the purpose of legal restrictions and a specific normative list of rights that are not subject to restriction.
