Legal conflicts of intellectual property in the field of neural network technologies: regulatory issues and risk minimization

This scientific article provides an analytical overview of the current state of legal regulation of intellectual property in the field of the use of neural network technologies in the Russian Federation. The study identified and analyzed key legal conflicts and systemic problems that have developed in this area, including the lack of a fixed legal status of the results created with the participation of AI, uncertainty in establishing the copyright holder and the scope of rights, as well as the risks associated with the use of protected content for learning algorithms. Based on the comparative analysis, a set of measures aimed at minimizing legal risks and reducing the level of legal uncertainty is formulated.
