Legal basis of the budget process in the Kyrgyz Republic

The author of this article examined the legal basis of the budget process in the Kyrgyz Republic and noted that the budget process is the activity of central and local authorities and management, regulated by legislative acts on the preparation, consideration, approval and execution of the budget. In the article, the author reveals the legal features of the main stages of the budget process in the Kyrgyz Republic. In addition, the author sets out a number of substantiated proposals for improving budget legislation in the Kyrgyz Republic.
