Legal framework of service deontology disciplines in the police of the Republic of Uganda

The article analyzes the normative legal provisions governing the field of disciplinary legal relations in the Republic of Uganda. Revealing the legal foundations of the disciplinary regime among the personnel of the Ugandan National Police, the author focuses on the deontological aspect of service discipline, which constitutes the quintessence of the proper attitude of police officers to the performance of their functional duties and predetermines the achievement of the necessary authority of the police in society.
