Legal basis of state management of nature management and environmental protection

This article discusses the legal basis of state management of natural resources and environmental protection. The main legislative acts regulating this area, as well as the key principles and methods of environmental management are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to issues of environmental responsibility, environmental control and environmental education. Currently, it is necessary to strengthen guarantees of compliance with legislative environmental requirements (in particular, the development of technical conditions for the implementation of technical regulations and improving their quality) and to accelerate the development of new technical regulations.
