The legal basis for public administration in the field of nature use and environmental protection

The purpose of the article is to examine the legal foundations of state regulation in the sphere of nature use and environmental protection, including its implementation in the established order of measures of administrative influence. It analyses the fact that in the application of technical regulations legal measures for environmental protection should be expanded and clarified in specialised legislation. It is now necessary to strengthen the safeguards of legal environmental requirements (in particular, the development of technical conditions for the implementation of technical regulations and the improvement of their quality) and to speed up the development of new technical regulations.
