The legal framework of the stages of the capital construction

The article is devoted to the analysis of the stages of capital construction, as well as their legal regulation. The article points to the complex nature of the legal regulation of capital construction, which is expressed in the application of the rules of not only private, but also public law. The analysis of regulatory sources allowed us to identify the stages of capital construction, as well as to conclude that their study and disclosure of the content of each stage is fundamentally important.
