Legal basis for ensuring transport security and development of transport infrastructure of the Krasnodar territory

The article considers the features of organizational and legal regulation of legal relations in the field of operation of transport infrastructure. The attention is focused on the peculiarities of the operation of transport and transport infrastructure facilities in the Krasnodar Territory, the analysis of the current legislation in the comparative legal aspect of the regional and All-Russian levels is carried out. The problems of law enforcement practice of achieving indicators of the effectiveness of public administration in the framework of the development of the transport industry of the region are revealed.
