Legal bases of state control in the Russian Federation

This article deals with the problem of monitoring the activities of citizens and organizations. For the functioning and planned development of the state, it is necessary to exercise control at all levels of government, because with the help of timely identification of errors and shortcomings, violations of legislation can be prevented and illegal acts can be suppressed. However, it should be noted that state control is carried out by state executive authorities and their competence includes monitoring and inspections of compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
