Legal basis for the participation of the internal affairs departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan in ensuring security and public order during mass events

The article is devoted to the current topic of safe holding of mass events and the direct role of internal affairs bodies in solving the specified task. Appealing to the limits of legal regulation of the noted subject field, which has an important significance of state importance and focusing on the national legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the author concludes that the said state has a well-prepared «arsenal» of the necessary tools for the effective work of national internal affairs bodies «along the line» of maintaining public order in the process of holding the necessary events of national and regional scale, which have the corresponding cultural significance.
