Legal features of the contract for the supply of food products to retail chains

This article discusses the issue of the specifics of the supply of food products to retail chains. The concept of a trading network is defined, legal relations arising between economic entities that supply goods and carry out trading activities are analyzed. The legislation in this area is analyzed and the problems that arise in court disputes when concluding a contract for the supply of food products to retail chains and in violation of antitrust rules are identified.
