Legal features of the purchase and sale of a land plot

Land is of particular value to human society, being the original source of all wealth. In addition, land, being real estate, plays a huge role in the economy of any country, the Russian Federation is no exception. The land market occupies an equally important place in the real estate market. But the number of complex points and nuances associated with the definition of the land itself as such, the definition of the subjects of the land purchase and sale transaction, their rights, duties and responsibilities complicate the process of negotiations, conclusion and execution of the land purchase agreement. In this scientific work, the analysis of the legal features arising during the execution of the contract of sale of land plots is carried out. The author of this article also discusses the main features of the conclusion of this agreement.
