Legal features of testamentary refusal in the Russian Federation

The author in the article analyzes the legal features of the testamentary refusal in hereditary relations. Actual problems arising in law enforcement practice are identified. Based on the results of the study, the author determined the features of the content and execution of the testamentary refusal. It was concluded that it is necessary to further improve legislation in this area of relations.
