Legal effect of the digitalization of labor relations: innovations and their evaluation

In this article, the author analyzes the processes of digitalization in labor relations, highlights current issues and innovations in this area, and also identifies some problems. Further, the negative aspects of digitalization for the most vulnerable groups of society are determined and the author's assessment of possible options for solving the emerging difficulties is given. The author concludes that digitalization is generally useful for increasing efficiency and productivity, and emphasizes the role of legislation and law enforcement agencies in the expeditious resolution of legal conflicts and situations of possible rights violations employees.
