Legal consequences of exclusion of a member of a limited liability company

The article analyzes the legal consequences of the exclusion of a participant in a limited liability company. The legal consequence of the court's satisfaction of the requirement to exclude a participant from a limited liability company and the entry into force of such a court decision is the termination of the legal relationship between the company and the excluded participant.
