Legal positions of the Supreme Court

The issues of maintaining uniformity in the application of the legislation of theRussian Federation by courts in order to maintain and within the framework of the exercise ofpowers by the Supreme Court are considered. The necessity of studying the legal positions of theSupreme Court of the Russian Federation and their practical value in the administration of justiceis established. The conclusion is made about the theoretical and practical value of studying thelegal positions of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
