Legal positions of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on issues of external labor migration

The legal positions of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation form the basis for making informed decisions by courts of all levels. They play an important role in law enforcement practice, ensuring uniformity of judicial practice and clarity of interpretation of the norms of legislation governing the sphere of external labor migration. It is concluded that in order to ensure uniformity of judicial practice and legality in law enforcement activities in considering cases arising in the sphere of external labor migration, it is necessary to adopt a Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
