Legal problems of euthanasia in Russia

Everyone has a constitutional right to life. This logically means the right to die. However, Russian legislation prohibits the use of human euthanasia, which is a legal problem of using this procedure. The relevance of the problem under consideration lies in the fact that, given the progress of modern technologies for ending the life of a terminally ill person, the possibilities of legal regulation of this process, there is a need to discuss at the state level the legal aspects of euthanasia in Russia and their solutions. The purpose of the work is to consider the legal problems of euthanasia in Russia and formulate recommendations for solving the legal problems associated with this procedure.
