Legal problems of ensuring border security and protection of the state border in the Kyrgyz Republic

In the article, the author analyzed the legal problems of protecting the state border and ensuring border security in the Kyrgyz Republic, conducted a detailed study of the norms of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic and relevant laws regulating the work of state bodies ensuring border security. In addition, in the article the author notes the main legal features of legal regimes in the field of border protection and border security.
