Legal problems of compulsory civil liability insurance

The article discusses problematic issues that arise in the legal regulation of public relations in the field of compulsory civil liability insurance, hereinafter referred to as CTP, for vehicle owners in the Russian Federation. The problem of the rise in price of CTP insurance policies due to the disappearance of spare parts for cars on the market, which can lead to the disappearance of insurance relations, is presented. The reason for the situation with the rise in price of insurance policies, as well as the negative consequences for insurance companies and policyholders, is shown. A way to solve the problem in the field of motor vehicle insurance is proposed.
