Legal problems of application of the best available technologies in the sub-use of the Russian Federation

Currently, the implementation of the state’s environmental policy is determined, first of all, in accordance with the Fundamentals of state policy in the field of environmental development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2030 and a number of other documents. They highlight such important and long-term tasks, such as preventing and reducing the current negative impact on the environment; ensuring environmentally oriented economic growth; introduction of environmentally effective innovative technologies and some others. This article discusses the problems of regulating relations related to the implementation of the best available technologies for some types of activities in subsoil use, as it relates to enterprises that have the greatest impact on the environment.
