Legal problems of regulation of the state order in the sphere of water transport in the Russian Federation

The article considers the issues of regulation of the state order in the field of water transport, examines the regulatory framework, legal problems. The attention is focused on the existing problems of the established law enforcement practice in the field of ensuring state orders, procurement of goods, works and services by the Federal Agency for Sea and River Transport. The directions of overcoming the existing problems and improving the current legislation on the contract system are considered.
