Legal issues of stimulating entrepreneurial activity in the sphere of digital innovations and technologies and their solutions

The article is devoted to the study of existing legal problems in the field of incentivesfor entrepreneurial activity in the field of digital innovations and technologies. The article presentsa brief characteristic of the stimulating legal regimes of entrepreneurial activity in the field of digital innovations and technologies, as well as outlines the range of problems that prevent therecognition of such legal regimes as effective. Based on the analysis of existing doctrinal andlegislative approaches to solving these problems, new approaches to their solution are proposed.The scientific community is presented an initiative project of comprehensive amendments to thecurrent legislation in the field of stimulating entrepreneurial activity in the sphere of digitalinnovations and technologies.
