Legal regimes of entrepreneurship and other economic activities: classification problems

The article, based on the doctrine, examines the general concept of “legal regime” and the types of legal regimes in relation to activities. The analysis of the formulated classifications of legal regimes of entrepreneurship and other economic activities is carried out. It is noted that the problem of their types is debatable. The conclusion is drawn about the need to unify the types of legal regimes of entrepreneurship and economic activity.
