Legal means of protection of cargo by different types of transport

The article is devoted to the analysis of the contract for the carriage of goods as a key means of ensuring the safety of cargo by various modes of transport, a complete description of the contract is presented. The article discusses the place of the contract of carriage in the system of economic contracts. The analysis of the legal framework governing the conditions for concluding contracts for the carriage and ensuring the safety of goods, which reflects the responsibility for the safety of goods during transportation, was also carried out.
