Festivals as the component of the concept "death" in Spanish national world picture

The article deals with festivals as the component of the concept “Death” in Spanish national world picture. The festivals in the aspect of the phenomenon “Death” were treated as the analysis’s subjects. There was defined the attitude towards death embodied in people’s consciousness based on the Spanish proverbs, sayings and quotations. There was collected synonymous and antonymous units of the concept “Death” in the research process.
