Pre-contractual relationship under applicable civil law

The article examines the grounds for the emergence of pre-contractual relations in modern civil law turnover. The article analyzes the norms governing these relations, as well as their genesis in Russian civil law. The conclusion is made about the need for further development of legislation in accordance with the established practice.
