Content limits and adaptive mechanisms of regulation of the functional state of the pituitary-thyroid autoantibodies among residents of the North

The continuous nature of external climatic factors on the human body in the North without nosological specificity, requires constant adjustment of the immune-hormonal influences. In apparently healthy residents of the Arkhangelsk region by enzyme immunoassay to determine the content of the pituitary and thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor antibodies thyrotropin and thyroid hormones. Considering the diverse biological activity of the autoantibodies, it was shown that their participation in the regulation of the pituitary-thyroid partial recovery due to the need of functional failure of various hormones or their blocking activity. The content of autoantibody activity reflects the peculiar regulation mechanisms to mitigate the increasing pathological changes and maintaining homeostasis in the adverse conditions of the North
