Content limits and adaptive mechanisms of regulation of the functional state of the pituitary-thyroid autoantibodies among residents of the North

The continuous nature of external climatic factors on the human body in the North without nosological specificity, requires constant adjustment of the immune-hormonal influences. In apparently healthy residents of the Arkhangelsk region by enzyme immunoassay to determine the content of the pituitary and thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor antibodies thyrotropin and thyroid hormones. Considering the diverse biological activity of the autoantibodies, it was shown that their participation in the regulation of the pituitary-thyroid partial recovery due to the need of functional failure of various hormones or their blocking activity.
