Predictors of adaptability of communicative and personal development of a future teacher at the stage of professional training

Some basic components of the communicative and personal development of students are considered. The essence of the “predictor” phenomenon has been clarified in relation to the issue of communicative and personal development of future teachers. The process of formation of a holistic communicative personality of a future teacher is described, based on an analysis of value orientations and the time perspective of students’ personality. Predictors of value, time and communicative orientations of the personality of pedagogical students in the higher education system have been identified. It is concluded that a possible increase in the effectiveness of educational and professional activities of future teachers is determined by the influence of predictors of adaptability that contribute to the communicative and personal development of students in professional training.
