Predictors of hemodynamic and respiratory violations against the general anesthesia at patients with mediastinal compression syndrome

Бесплатный доступ

At patients with massive tumors of mediastinum the course of anesthesia often is complicated by compression of vitals (trachea, main bronchial tubes, superior vena cava). The decompensation of cardiovascular and respiratory systems is for the first time shown against an introduction anesthesia and artificial lungs ventilation. The understanding of obstruction mechanisms allows the anesthesiologist-resuscitator to estimate objectively a condition of the main airways of patient and to minimize risks. Work is directed on identification of patients with high risk of development the obstruction of trachea and main bronchial tubes against introduction anesthesia and elaboration the tactics of anesthesiology by means of total intravenous anesthesia (sodium thiopental) and/or inhalation anesthesia (sevoflurane).
