This study devoted to the analysis of predictors of early postoperative complications and mortality in combined operations for aortic valve and coronary bypass surgery. Based on the mathematical analysis of 44 cases were identified significant predictors of early postoperative complications: reduction in left ventricular ejection fraction 30% or less (odds ratio (OR) 11) and hypertrophy of 1.4 cm or more (OR=7.78), age 60 years and older (OR=5.45), aortic stenosis valve with a peak pressure gradient of 80-100 mm Hg (OR=5), angina functional class III-IV according to NYHA (OR=3.6), three-vessel coronary artery disease (OR=2.17), coronary revascularization of three pools (OR=2.8), extracorporeal circulation of more than 120 minutes (0R=2.03), cardiomegaly with end-diastolic volume of the left ventricle of more than 200 ml (OR up to 2.3). Identifying predictors of postoperative complications in the future will identify ways to improve results in combined cardiac surgery.
