Presentation of a vindication claim by the owners of undocumented securities

The article discusses the legal status of non-documentary securities. The author considered theoretical issues of protection of violated rights of securities holders. During the analysis of Russian legislation and judicial practice, problems in this area were identified and potential ways to resolve them were proposed.
