Proposals for organizing the use of the capabilities of the State Information System "Centralized Information Collection System SISTEMA-112" to improve public administration mechanisms in the field of public safety

As part of the implementation of the authority to coordinate work on the organization, operation and development of the 112 system in the Russian Federation, to determine the forms, timing and procedure for providing information generated by the 112 system to users specified in Part 1 of paragraph 9 of Federal Law N 488-FL of December 30, 2020, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia decided on the creation of the state information system "Centralized Information Collection System systems-112" (hereinafter – CSSI-112). The purpose of CSSI-112 is to provide information and analytical support to participants in information interaction when making managerial decisions in the field of public safety and monitoring the functioning of regional systems-112. Currently, work is underway to create the second stage of the CSSI-112. The planned completion date is 2025. Therefore, in addition to developing technical solutions, the task of creating an organizational environment for the functioning of CSSI-112 is urgent.
