Research relevance in this article directed on the main methodological principles in planning research at public health and teaching course in the Osh State University for students of specialty 560100 Public Health and Medicine Ph.D. program. Research aims and objectives: analysis of subject of Research Methodology in Public Health and teaching the course at the Osh State University. Research methods : are based on analysis of curricula content and materials for lectures and practical classes for this course. Research results: use of various materials in lectures and practical classes made it possible to increase the students’ level of knowledge and skills in the Public Health and Medicine specialty. Conclusion: Results obtained from the subject analysis and teaching the course in methodology of scientific research in public health are necessary in further planning and development of curriculum and structure of classes to increase efficiency.
