Intentional bankruptcy: classification problems

Bankruptcy is the most important institution of a market economy; in transitional conditions, its functioning is difficult due to the insufficient degree of elaboration and development of the legal system, which leads to the invalidity of the insolvency institution and the content of the bankruptcy mechanism characteristic of the Russian Federation. In the absence of a unified classification of bankruptcy, systematization is necessary to increase attention to the problems of studying the methodological foundations of an insolvency institution, which will contribute to the effective search for solutions to improve this area in practice.
