Granting the electronic municipal facilities, as necessary instrument of information society

In article are covered main directions of the development of modern information technologies, by means of which is realized optimization of the granting the facilities by the way of their translation in electronic type and ensuring the efficient interdepartmental interaction between organs of federal, republican and municipal levels. The Author presents some statistical facts, and sums up the introduction of IT-technology in sphere of the granting the facilities to population.
