Provision of land plots as a measure to attract young professionals

The relevance of the topic is due to the problems of shortage of qualified specialists in a number of sectors of the national economy. The article analyzes the situation with the allocation of land plots as one of the measures to attract young professionals to rural areas. To date, the primary task of the federal and local authorities is to eliminate the personnel shortage and create conditions for young professionals who wish to move to rural areas. These are not only specialists in the agro-industrial sector, but also doctors, teachers, and social workers, whose shortage in 2024 reached critical levels in a number of regions. In accordance with federal and regional programs, provision of land plots is provided at the legislative level, not only on a paid basis, but also free of charge. The existing legal acts are analyzed, practical recommendations aimed at solving emerging problems and conflicts are given. The study points to the need to analyze the legal problems arising in this area, to find practical solutions that will ensure the interests of the state and the individual. The provision of a land plot is a necessary measure, which is a significant support for attracting qualified specialists to rural areas, maintaining the proper level of development of territories.
