Prerequisites of formation of social partnership as mechanism of regulation of the social and labor relations in Russia in the 18th and 19th century of century

Actuality hired consists in that presently exists great number of conflicts in a socially-labour sphere and for their decision it is necessary to search effective methods and adjusting mechanisms. One of major mechanisms of adjusting of socially-labour conflicts between a worker, employer and state is social partnership. In this article pre-conditions of origin of the system of social partnership are considered in Russia in XVIII and XIX eyelids, legislative documents are analysed during a rule Peter I, Nikolay I, Alexander II and Alexander III. Principles of modern social partnership are considered in historical documents.
