Prerequisites and expected result of the re-industrialization of the economy of the Republic of Tyva

The article is devoted to the urgent problem of regional development - the reindustrialization of the economy of the border region of southern Siberia. The necessity of conducting new industrialization in a depressed region is substantiated, issues of creating and developing new industries, new types of competitive products based on available resources are considered. Particular attention is paid to the importance of such factors as unique natural and mineral resources, legislative and infrastructural conditions, orientation, given the globalization of the economy, the country's foreign policy and foreign economic policy (APEZ). It is shown that in the Republic of Tuva there are sufficient resources and potential to achieve the main goal of the reindustrialization of the region's economy - to increase the average per capita income up to $ 800 per month.
