The author considers the main causes of increase of significance and preconditions of development of strategic management at the enterprises of hi-tech branches of the native industry, specifies the forms of business management systems, which provide for effective operation of a business in conditions of uncertainty. The basic features of process of strategic management in the high technology branches are described as well.
