Background of application measures of state protection and criminal procedural safety measures at the stage of excitation of criminal case

This article discusses issues related to the prerequisites for applying state protection measures and ensuring the criminal procedural security of persons participating in criminal proceedings with the aim of preventing and counteracting crimes against persons assisting justice and their relatives at the stage of initiating a criminal case. Particular attention is paid to the importance of the correct qualification of crimes for the application of certain measures of state protection.
