Business contracts as a legal category

In the article, based on the analysis of the provisions of the civil legislation of the Russian Federation and the work of domestic researchers, the issue of the essence of business contracts as a legal category is considered. The authors have characterized the main criteria for separating business contracts from other transactions. In connection with the study of this area, the existing problems of the theoretical and applied nature of business contracts were found and identified.
