Representation in civil law

This article discusses representation, its essence, and its main features. Its system in civil law is also characterized, and the scope of application of representation is given. The article analyzes the civil legislation regulating representation and its functions. The article also describes the features of representation, explains the scam of using representation in the legal aspects of the topic. In other words, the institution of representation is a unique legal instrument that allows subjects to simultaneously participate in a variety of legal relations and thereby expand the scope of their legal activities, which is considered in this issue.
