Representation in legal proceedings: comparative legal analysis

As a result of the analysis of four types of legal proceedings (constitutional, civil, criminal and administrative) the author notes that diversified standard legal regulation of the institute of representation has essential differences. In particular, the administrative legislation, unlike civil and criminal, establishes obligatory higher legal education for the representative. The author considers such position of the legislator to be right as it doesn't contradict the constitutional guarantee to the rights to the qualified legal assistance. It proves the necessity to use the unified approach to a regulation of the status of the representative in all types of legal proceedings.
