Vision of concept of psychological contact in the modern paradigm of criminalistics

Introduction. The condition for the effective collection of information underlying the evidence, among others, is the ability to establish psychological contact between the subject investigating the crime and the person - the bearer of information significant from the point of view of criminalistics. This activity is based on the correct understanding and interpretation of such legal definition as ‘psychological contact’. The purpose is to study and clarify the understanding of psychological contact in the context of the modern paradigm of criminalistics, which ensures optimization of the appropriate type of activity aimed at obtaining the information significant in terms of criminalistics.
