The civil society concept of cadets of the Russian Interior Ministry higher schools

The article considers the essence of civil society and the concept of it as seen by the cadets of the Omsk Academy of the Russian Interior. The author estimates the correlation between the range of understanding the idea of civil society and the life experience and acquired knowledge of the cadets.
