Self-assessment of psychic and psychical qualities by future teachers and pedagogic-psychologists

The author compares the data of the experimental studies on self-assessment of psychic and psychical qualities by future teachers and pedagogic-psychologists. He comes to the conclusion that the development and formation of self-esteem is an important condition of individuality development. The author considers the creation of favorable conditions for the formation and development of self-esteem to be an important goal for educative system.
