Benefits of physical education as a means of advancing academic success

With each passing year, more and more students search for ways to improve academic performance by enhancing memory and concentration. One method that can help is regular physical activity. In this article, we have examined the relationship between the development of cognitive abilities and the performance of exercises of various types. As a result of studying students from different courses, we have established the significant positive effect physical activity has on cognitive abilities, as well as determined that the greatest development was observed in the group performing highly intensive regular exercises.
