Advantages of concluding a world agreement over other bankruptcy procedures

This article is devoted to a settlement agreement - one of the bankruptcy (insolvency) procedures, the essence of which is to achieve compromises that have arisen between the debtor and the creditor (creditors). This paper will consider the essence of the settlement agreement through the prism of the pros and cons of this insolvency procedure. Such analysis will allow comparing the peace treaty with other procedures regulated by the law, carried out in bankruptcy, and draw a conclusion about the advantages of the agreement. Also, the article notes how the spread of a new infection, which struck the whole world, influenced the number of bankruptcy cases considered by the Arbitration Courts.
