The phenomenon of educational and social maladaptation of youth as the consequence of systemic crisis of motivation is considered. It is substantiated that the current system of evaluation at school forms the models of passive behaviour that are reproduced at the workplace. The concept of the successive motivational system, connecting the formative assessment in education with the principles of adaptation and management in the corporate environment, is suggested
